1. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of your use of this website.

2. Japonica Collection will endeavour to post the goods ordered and paid for by you through this website …… within 18 business days of receiving your order and payment. Garments are individually cut and made to order so please understand we are not in a position to do immediate delivery. Occasionally we do keep a small number of garments in stock and it may be possible to deliver immediately.

3. The goods will be sent by standard Australia parcel post mail and estimated delivery times can be found on the Australia Post website. In this regard, in ordering from this website you are acknowledging that a representative of Australia Post may leave a card if they cannot reach you on delivery day and that you may need to collect the item from a local post office.

4. Japonica Collection will pay the cost of the delivery of goods within Australia ordered by you in any one order above the value of $150.
